We have various packages available which vary according to the number of people to be catered, the venue (in-station or out-station), the theme, uniforms and any other special requirement. For all special occasions and festivities,(e.g. - St. Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve) the packages available are above the normal rates.

We design special cocktails and mock tails (muddled, smoked, grilled and infused) using fruits and vegetables. Our recipes not only use fresh food ingredients but also use various herbs and spices. We specialize in Organic and Health Drinks.


Inventory / Controls

inventoryAll liquor issued to our bartenders are received on an inventory sheet and a counter signed copy of the same is given to the issuer. At the commencement of the bar operations inventory of the total liquor received is provided. After the operations, the entire liquor inventory is done physically and handed over to our clients on their request.

 

 

 

Time Commitment

Our bartending team arrives at the venue three hours prior to the beginning of bar operations fully equipped with the necessary bartending equipment required. They set up a speed bar (front and back) according to the specifications and are ready to start the bar operations at least half an hour prior to the start of the function.

 

Pressure Handling

pressure-handlingA pre requisite to become an I.B.O.M. bartender is the ability to speed bartend and handle immense pressure. Each of our bartenders is at par with international standards of speed bartending and possesses the ability to take multiple orders and dispense at least 5 drinks per minute.
