Beverage Catering

Subject: Beverage Catering/Dispensing of Beverages.

Dear Sir,

Further to your enquiry, we confirm our services to dispense the bar for your function at dated  . The charges for dispensing the beverages only would be Rs.       (in words ) . The service tax of 12.36% and service charge of 5% is applicable over and above the said charges.

Mode of Payment

1. Any consumables, if required from us will be charged extra as per consumption on M.R.P. rates (to be paid in advance). The cartage and labor charges are extra. There will be 5% Service charge applicable on the total amount for handling the same.
2. 50% of bartending service to be paid as confirmation advance (Non-refundable).
3. The balance to be paid before the commencement of the event. The bartenders will tend the bar only after receiving the balance payment in advance.  
4. All late payments are liable to 24% interest per annum.

Terms & Conditions:

1. You shall arrange all the requirements of alcoholic beverages as per our bar requisition and handover the same to our team leader before the start of the function against receipt.
2. All liquor to be purchased through legal excise vends of the state against the purchase receipts, which are to be handed over to the bartender along with photocopy of the liquor bills. (Mandatory)
3. It is understood that the host of the function, or the person hiring our services for dispensing the alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, shall procure the L-49A license under Custom & Excise Rules for serving liquor in private parties. The same is to be handed over to the bartender along with a photocopy, and/or to be produced in case of inspection. (Mandatory) 
4. In case of inspection, your representative having the required bills and licenses at the site/venue (Mandatory), the liability shall be yours and you shall be required to produce the same to the representative of excise department whenever required. We shall not be responsible for any outcome if you fail to produce the required license to the authorities or the liquor is not against the state purchase.
5. You will confirm the consumption after the completion of the party and sign the copy of requisition with our team leader.
6. Our bartending team serving in your function shall not be subject to any harassment during the party by any guest/ or person present there.
7. Our bartenders and employees have a right to work in a safe environment and incase of any incident of verbal or physical harassment by you or your guests or your vendors, our bartenders will leave the premises immediately and payments will not be refunded.  Such incidents will also lead to legal prosecution.
8. All disputes are subject to Delhi court jurisdiction.

Confirmation of order

I/we hereby acknowledge your quotes and terms and conditions and confirm the same.
I am paying a sum of Rs. as advance money in confirmation of the party on the date & venue mentioned above.

1. I shall pay the balance amount before the commencement of the function. I understand that, failing which the advance paid for the services will not be refunded and bartending services shall not be provided for the event.
   
2. I assure you that required L49A shall be procured and produced/ handed over by me and liquor purchased will be through legal excise vends against bills and you will be free of any liability if, I fail to produce the same when required.
