of special cocktail menus with a particular

We
have various packages available which vary according
to the pax (number of people to be catered), the venue
(in-station or out-station), the theme, uniforms and
any other special requirement. For all the special holiday
functions (e.g. - St. Valentine’s Day, New Year’s
Eve) the packages available are above the normal rates.
Our
beverage catering division is known all over the industry
for our:
Inventory
/ controls : all the liquor issued to
the bartenders is received on an inventory sheet and
a counter signed copy of the same is given to the issuer.
At the commencement of the bar operations inventory
of the total liquor received is provided.
Time Commitment :
our bartending team arrives at the venue three hours
prior to the beginning of bar operations fully equipped
with all the bartending equipment required. They set
up a speed bar (frontal and back up) according to the
specifications and are ready to start the bar operations
at least half an hour before the fixed time for the
same.
Pressure Handling :
a pre requisite to become an I.B.O.M. bartender is the
ability to speed bartend and handle immense pressure.
Each of our bartenders is at par with international
standards of speed bartending and possesses the ability
to take multiple orders and dispense at least 5 drinks
per minute.
