The
concept of a professional flair bartendng institute
was visualized by Sandy – when he recognised the
ever growing need for highly skilled flair bartenders
in the hotel industry. It took concrete shape by the
formation of IBOM in 2000. From a modest beginning as
the pioneers in professional bar tending, IBOM is now
India’s premier bar institute imparting training
in bar operations, management, designing & flair
to bartenders all over India. It is now at par with
the leading bar schools all over the world with its
affiliation with
World Bartenders Training Organization, British Columbia,
Canada.
1200
bartenders have passed out of IBOM till date and are
enjoying their employment either offsite or on-site.
The students have found cushy jobs in places like Disney,
Orlando, USA to Insomnia, Taj Mahal Bombay, to heading
bartending companies of their own.
