The story of freelance bartending in India is the story of I.B.O.M.

What started off as a freelance bartending company is today India’s only Bar Operations & Management Institute which also specializes in bar designing, menu designing, extreme flair bartending, mega theme parties, pub promotions, launches - liquor / product / bar, bar products, celebrity bartenders.

I.B.O.M. pioneered a new medium which integrates bartending, entertainment & showmanship and coined a new term for bartenders – show tenders.

Underdeck :
Designed on the waterfront like a captain’s cabin on the ship. Mediterranean Grills, Taj Banjara, Hyderabad, 2000.
Lotus Pond :
Designed the dispense bar, Chinese & Thai cuisine, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, 2000.
Latino Bar :
The bar dispense area along with training of staff in bar flair & bar management and controls.
Winning Streak :
Handling the entire bar operations – Formerly known as “Anticlock” – Calcutta.
Nyx :
Training of staff in terms of service & bar flair – formerly known as FireBall, 32nd Milestone, Jaipur Highway, Gurgaon.
Ozone :
Training of staff in terms of service & bar flair, J.W.Mariott, Goa.
Taj Maldives :
Bar consultancy, menu designing & training of staff in the bar at the lagoon front. One of the finest menu ever designed for a bar internationally.
DV8 :
Handling the entire bar operations – Regal building Connaught Place, New Delhi.
No Escape :
Handling the bar operations on weekends and designed the first ever exclusive Flaming Shooters & cocktail menu along with theme nights to promote it.
Tunnel – 2 :
Bar consultancy, menu designing & training of staff in the bar at the most happening night club in Hyderabad designed on an under water theme – formerly known as Tunnel, Taj Krishna, Hyderabad.
Capitol :
Bar design, consultancy, recruitment & training of staff at the most happening night club at hotel Ashoka, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
Grave:
An upcoming project involving bar design, consultancy, recruitment & training of staff at the largest mall - Sahara Mall, coming up in Gurgaon.
Dabur Foods Limited :
Designed the best non-alcoholic smoothie menu ever created using only fresh fruits, fruit juices & a range of ayeurvedic herbs with various healing properties never before used in a drink menu.
